1. Machine sign-off inspection
a. When the machine signs for receipt, please check whether the appearance of the package is damaged. If there is damage, please take a photo or video record first;
b. After unpacking, please check whether the server case is deformed, and whether the fan and connecting line are damaged. If there is any damage, please take pictures or video records first;
c. Check whether there is any abnormal sound on the server. If there is any abnormal sound, please record it with video;
If the above situation occurs, please do not power on, provide relevant pictures and videos to contact our sales staff for the next step operation guidance.
2. Run the test
Please perform the boot test according to the server instructions. Generally, the machine test runs 0.5-1H, which can reach the normal hashrate range. If the test hashrate is abnormal, please record the whole process of starting the machine in the form of video;
a. Please shoot whether the indicator lights are normal
b. Please photograph the machine serial number and operation log
Please send the video to our sales staff and we will provide you with a troubleshooting solution for remote guidance based on the content of the video file you provide.
3. Operation failure
Please complete the running test for troubleshooting under our guidance, and contact our sales staff to implement after-sales solutions according to the fault results.
a. Software problems
We provide remote online technical support during working hours in beijing from 9:30 to 18:30. Due to the time difference between China and Russia, please leave a message at other times, and we will solve it for you as soon as you see the message.
b. Hardware problems
We will provide maintenance services free of charge, without charging maintenance fees, but the buyer shall bear the corresponding freight;
According to the requirements of relevant customs documents, we cannot sign for overseas return mining machines, so please disassemble the malfunctioning hash board under the guidance and send it back separately to reduce transportation costs.

C, accessories problem
If the fan and power supply are damaged during shipping, we will reissue it in your next order to reduce shipping costs. If you are willing to bear the one-way reissue shipping fee, we will also reissue the damaged parts for you. (We suggest that you can purchase more related accessories when placing an order to reduce the impact of road loss consumption on the operation of the mining machine)
